The Junior Account Manager will work closely with the Client Success Manager who serves as the primary point of customer care and project management for our clients.  This position assists the CSM in managing all college & university admissions marketing initiatives: this includes coordinating all deliverables and deadlines, trafficing jobs internally throughout the various stages and departments, responsibility for making recommendations that maximize efficiency, and managing processes from start to finish. This position is proactive and necessitates a self-starter that can prove initiative, and a strong work ethic. The role requires the ability to collaborate with a team yet demonstrate independent judgement. This position is located in our Poughkeepsie, NY office.


  • Assist with client meetings and communications to discuss and manage expectations
  • Assist in day to day operational aspects of client requirements
  • Ensure projects and campaigns are managed correctly within the project management software
  • Assist in communicating deliverables and timelines regularly to the client to ensure success
  • Work alongside our Customer Service Managers and provide support as necessary
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Assist in identifying “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or client
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with ongoing product releases
  • Occasional travel to client sites or industry events where applicable
  • Assist in any training for new hires where applicable



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1 year plus of work experience ideally in a business marketing or management setting
  • Aptitude with software and technology a must
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to take initiative and think critically
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results
  • Travel required (approximately 10%)
  • Enjoy fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a B2B environment with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances a plus
  • Knowledge of higher education market a plus
  • Experience with project management software a plus
