As part of our creative team, the Junior Pre-Production Specialist will have duties that are essential to the successful outcome of variable print projects for our many college clients. While not exactly a graphic design job, the candidate will work closely with and alongside a team of senior designers, a variable print programmer and a copywriter and will be critical in the development of materials we produce. High attention to detail is a critical component of this position, as well as a respect for deadlines and the ability to work effortlessly with multiple account management teams and managers in the development of projects. Part of this position requires programming via an intuitive, drop-down menu-based system. Thus, a basic understanding of programming languages is beneficial but not required. A sense of humor and desire to give one hundred percent is required, however.
