    The Junior Account Manager will work closely with the Strategic Enrollment Consultant who serves as the primary point of customer care and project management for clients.  This position assists the SEC in managing all college & university admissions marketing initiatives: includes coordinating all deliverables, deadlines, will be responsible for making recommendations that maximizes efficiency and process from start to finish and within budget. This position is proactive and ensures client satisfaction throughout contract term to create continued product adoption, and renewal.





    • Assist with welcome meetings with clients to outline processes and expectations
    • Assist in day to day operational aspects of a project and scope
    • Act as support person for the SEC’s with items such as appointment scheduling assisting in communicating deliverables and timelines regularly to the client to ensure project remains on time
    • Learn production process and execute on production deadlines
    • Organize and build requirements pertaining to project
    • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
    • Identify "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
    • Gain an in-depth knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with ongoing product releases
    • Travel to client sites to conduct implementation/evaluation where applicable
    • Participate in any training for new hires where applicable






    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 1 year plus of work experience ideally in a business marketing or management setting
    • Travel required (approximately 25%)
    • Aptitude with software and technology a must
    • Experience working in customer focused environment with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality result
