    Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager responsible for marketing program management for Liaison’s association partners and other lines of business. The primary focus of the role is to support partner outcomes, including adoption of Liaison’s Centralized Application Service (CAS), Enrollment Marketing Platform (EMP) and other technology platforms.

     

    This is a high-touch, client-facing role where at least 40% of the partner marketing manager’s time is spent meeting and consulting with Liaison’s partners, with the balance focused on project management as it relates to each partner’s marketing strategy.  You’ll work closely with the corporate, content, digital and events marketing functions to build and deliver marketing strategies may include multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns comprised of email, display ads, direct mail, print advertising, digital marketing, webinars, conferences/events, drip and nurture tracks and more. Campaigns may be directed at both higher education institutions or prospective undergraduate or graduate students.

     

    Successful candidates are self-motivated, self-directed and highly collaborative. An understanding of outcomes-driven marketing and metrics used to measure marketing performance is a must. Past (or present) experience in account and/or project management is a plus; a background in higher education, while not necessary, would be helpful.

     

    Position Responsibilities

    • Define partner program KPIs and measure marketing success and work with VP Account management to reconcile programs results against budget.
    • Lead the design and execution of marketing programs for both demand generation and lead nurturing programs, including hands-on email marketing management via Liaison’s EMP.
    • Coordinate with the Events Manager for any partner needs for conference, trade show and/or exhibit appearances
    • Oversee editorial development of relevant product marketing collateral, white papers social media posts and other content

     

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience creating marketing programs with emphasis on relationship management and demand generation
    • Strong communication skills and desire to collaborate with representatives from a variety of organizations
    • Commitment to staying on top of to grasp business needs and industry trends
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience using customer success platforms like Salesforce.com, project management tools like Basecamp, email tools, and an experienced understanding of marketing automation platforms

     

    Preferred Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
    • Technology or software marketing
    • Higher education enrollment or admissions industries
